摘要
目的了解护士伦理气氛认知和服务行为的现状并分析两者的相关性。方法采用伦理气氛认知量表与护士服务行为量表对598名临床护士进行调查。结果护士伦理气氛认知总均分为(3.34±0.24)分;护士服务行为总均分为(3.64±0.34)分。回归分析显示,控制人口学变量后,伦理气氛认知可独立预测服务行为的38.2%,其进入回归方程的3个影响因素为法律规范型、关怀型及独立判断型。结论医院管理者可营造良好的医院伦理气氛,改善护士服务行为,从而提高护理服务质量。
Objective To investigate nurses' perceived ethical climate and service behavior,and to analyze the relationships between them. Methods A total of 598 nurses were investigated with the Ethical Climate Questionnaire and Service Behavior Scale. Results The mean score of nurses' perceived ethical climate was 3.34±0.24. The mean score of service behavior was 3.64±0.34. Regression analysis showed that the factors of ethical climate including the legal norm,care,and independent judgment could independently explain 38.2% of the total variance of nurses' service behaviors after controlling demographic variables. Conclusion Improving hospital ethical climate may play a significant role in raising levels of nurses' service behavior and improve the quality of nursing service.
