摘要
对矿井提升机钢丝绳产生自激振荡的原因进行了研究。认为摩擦系数的变化和相对滑动是产生自激振荡的主要原因,特别是在钢丝绳启动和停机时,摩擦系数会有较大的变化,从而导致钢丝摩擦轮与钢丝绳产生相对滑动,其滑动能量与摩擦能量进行交互,最终形成振荡。根据实例进行分析,较好地验证了上述结果。
This paper analyses the reasons of self-excited oscillation of wire rope of mine hoist, and considers that the main reasons of self-excited oscillation are the variation of friction coefficient and relative sliding. Especially, when the wire rope started to run or finished running the friction coefficient would vary obviously, leading to relative sliding between friction wheel and wire rope. Then the sliding energy exchanges with friction energy and finally oscillation occurs. A real example analysis is presented and perfectly verifies the results descried above.
