摘要
根据2,4-二硝基苯肼与醛类化合物发生显色反应的特征,选择最佳反应条件,采用偏最小二乘法结合光度法对吸收光谱重叠的甲醛、乙醛、苯甲醛的模拟样品进行同时分析,对测定条件进行优化,并用此法对啤酒样品的醛类进行同时测定。对模拟样品,回收率分别为100.4%、96.7%和93.6%。本法测量体系稳定,仪器简单,成本低,结果可靠。
The optimum reaction conditions was selected according to characteristics of the color reaction of 2, 4-dinitrobenzene hydrazine with aldehyde compounds. Combining partial least squares (PLS) with spectrophotometry, simulative samples of overlapping spectrum formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, benzene formaldehyde were analyzed simultaneously and the measuring conditions were optimized. This method was also used for simultaneous determination of aldehyde compounds of beer samples. The recoveries of simulative samples were 100.4%, 96.7% and 93.6%, respectively. This method was meaningful for the stable measurement system, simple instrument, low cost and reliable results.
