摘要
脊髓损伤(SCI)是一种严重威胁人类健康,给社会和家庭带来沉重负担的疾病,促进其康复的方法主要是靠药物治疗和外科干预,虽然在一定程度上缓解了SCI的病理改变,但仍不可避免地造成了患者截瘫,随着细胞及分子研究的不断深入,我们找到了治疗SCI的另一种思路,多数研究证实,骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗后,脊髓损伤导致的神经功能缺失症状能明显得到改善,同样也有研究证实孕激素对脊髓损伤具有神经保护作用,虽然很早就被提出孕酮(PROG)对脊髓损伤有一定保护作用,但直到近年来,更深层次的研究才得以开展,该文对近十年骨髓间充质干细胞移植和PROG在脊髓损伤治疗中的实验研究进行综述,初步探讨两者联合应用的前景,以期找到新的有效治疗方法。
Spinal cord injury is a serious disease threat to human health, which brings a heavy burden to society and family.The way to promote the rehabilitation methods mainly relies on medical and surgical treatment, though it alleviates on certain level of SCI pathological changes, it still inevitably results in patients with paraplegia.With the development of cellular and molecular research, we find another way of treating SCI.The majority of studies have confirmed bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of the symptoms of neurological deficits caused by spinal cord injury can be significantly improved, studies also have confirmed that progesterone has neuroproteetive effects of spinal cord injury. It has proposed to have some protective effects of progesterone on spinal cord injury.This paper retrospected and analysed experimental researches of progesterone and mesenchymal stem cell transplantation for treatment of spinal cord injury in recent ten years, and preliminarily studied the prospect of their combination in order to find an effective treatment.
