摘要
利用花粉管通道技术将耐盐碱的罗布麻 ( Apocynum venetum) DNA导入鲁棉 6号 ,从后代中筛选出棉花耐盐变异体山农 0 1 1。对山农 0 1 1及其杂种后代进行了抗盐遗传和基因效应分析。结果表明 :变异体的耐盐性是由核基因控制的 ,其遗传基因效应以加性效应为主 ,并存在较大的加性互作效应。该耐盐变异体可作为一良好的抗盐种质材料利用。
The salt tolerance variant of cotton,Shannong 011 was obstained from the off springs of Lumian No.6 ( Gossypinm hirsutum ) which might accepted bluish dogbane ( Apocynum venetum ) DNA by pollen tube pathway.Genetic analysis of the variant and the progenes of its hybrid indicated that the salinity resistance of Shannong 011 was controlled by mucleic genes.Furthermore,additive and additive interactive effects were detected in gene effect analysis.
