复合酸化剂对常见污染饲料细菌的抗菌活性及对饲料的酸化作用 被引量:3

摘要 细菌污染饲料给畜牧养殖业带来巨大经济损失,为寻求能添加于饲料中防止其被细菌污染的高效复合酸化剂,以试管二倍稀释法测定自制复合酸化剂对4种常见污染饲料细菌的最小抑菌质量浓度(MIC),并测定酸化剂对饲料pH及系酸力的影响。结果表明,2种固体复合酸化剂对4种细菌的MIC为1.25~5.00 mg/mL,酸化剂SCAI和SCAII的MIC几何平均值分别为2.10和2.97 mg/mL。饲料中添加0.1%和0.2%的复合酸化剂时,SCAI和SCAII均能极显著地降低饲料的pH和系酸力。表明2种酸化剂均能有效防止饲料被常见细菌污染,对饲料起到酸化作用。
