摘要
系统采用变频调速控制器加旋转电机的方案,使电机频率可调且输出大转矩,实现了频率可调的高功率次声波信号的产生。详细介绍了矢量控制原理和空间电压矢量调制技术(SVPWM),并结合同步电机,采用矢量控制实现了信号频率可调。同时设计了调速系统的硬件与软件,以TMS320F2806为核心处理器,实现了SVPWM控制算法。最后通过实验验证了系统设计方案的可行性和准确性。
Frequency conversion controller and rotation motor program is used in this system. So as to make frequency of the motor adjusted and large output torque and to realize frequency adjustable high power infrasound wave. Vector control and voltage space vector modulation ( SVPWM ) are introduced. And adjustable frequency is achieved on synchronous motor by using vector control. The hardware and software of the controlling system are designed. TMS320F2806 as the core processor realize SVPWM con- trol algorithm. The accuracy and feasibility of system is verified by the experiment.
