摘要
秦汉简中所见到的"公卒"和"庶人",其身份和社会地位与"士伍"是比较接近的,他们都处于编户齐民的最底层,但是"庶人"与"公卒"和"士伍"相比,在某些权利方面还不如他们。"公卒"与"士伍"相比较,在出身方面要优于"士伍",但所享受的权利与"士伍"大致无二。
＂ Gongzu＂ and ＂Shuren＂ on the Bamboo and Wooden Slips of Qin and Han Dynasty were similar to ＂Shiwu＂ in the way of identity and status in society. They were all in the bottom of society. But the rights of ＂Shuren＂ were inferior to ＂Gongzu＂ and ＂Shiwu＂. The family background of ＂Gongzu＂ was superior to ＂Shiwu＂, but their rights are the same.
