下颌升支矢状劈开术同期行下颌角修整矫正下颌前突伴偏斜畸形 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价下颌升支矢状劈开术同期行下颌角修整矫正下颌前突伴偏斜畸形的疗效,为临床提供参考。方法对19例下颌前突伴偏斜畸形患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。患者均行术前及术后正畸治疗。采用下颌双侧矢状劈开后退术+下颌角修整术+颏成型术的7例,采用LeFortⅠ型截骨前移术并旋转颌平面+下颌双侧矢状劈开后退术+下颌角修整术+颏成型术的12例。结果所有患者的唇颏关系改善明显,面部基本无偏斜,口内咬合关系恢复良好。结论下颌升支矢状劈开术同期行下颌角修整可较好地矫正下颌前突伴偏斜畸形的患者。
