商业模式创新、员工企业家精神与人格特质关系的实证研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文在194份有效问卷的基础上,运用SPSS15.0软件及阶层回归方法探讨了商业模式创新、员工企业家精神与人格特质间的关系。研究结果表明,人格特质中的外向性和勤勉可靠性都会在员工企业家精神中的团结合作精神与商业模式创新关系中起到调节作用,勤勉可靠性会在员工企业家精神中的竞争进取精神与商业模式创新关系中起到调节作用,神经质人格会分别在员工企业家精神中的竞争进取精神和宽容失败精神与商业模式创新关系中起到调节作用,勤勉可靠性会在员工企业家精神中的创新冒险精神与商业模式创新关系中起到调节作用。 Based on 194 valid questionnaires,this paper uses SPSS15.0 and hierarchical regression method to discuss the relationship among business model innovation,employee entrepreneurship and personality traits.The result shows:(1)among the Big Five personality traits,both extraversion and conscientiousness have significant moderate effect on the relationship between the spirit of solidarity and cooperation in employee entrepreneurship and business model innovation;(2)conscientiousness has significant moderate effect on the relationship between the spirit of competitive and enterprising in employee entrepreneurship and business model innovation;(3)neuroticism has significant moderate effect on the relationship between the spirit of competitive and enterprising in employee entrepreneurship and business model innovation,and neuroticism also has significant moderate effect on the relationship between tolerance of failure spirit in employee entrepreneurship and business model innovation;(4)conscientiousness has significant moderate effect on the relationship between the spirit of innovation and adventure in employee entrepreneurship and business model innovation.
