摘要
该文结合大型贵重仪器设备的使用管理实践,从仪器购置、管理体系、实验技术人员队伍培养与建设等一系列方面进行综合分析,探讨各环节在提高大型仪器使用效益中的作用。
From the practice of large--scale instruments management, the purchasing, management system and application of instrument, as well as the team building of the administration in the improvement of the using efficiency of large scale instrument were discussed.
