摘要
目的观察护理干预对辛香吸入止痛剂治疗癌性疼痛的影响,以期为改善癌痛患者的生活质量,提高生存几率提供临床依据。方法以本院2009年4月～2012年9月接收的178例确诊为癌症,并且存在明确疼痛的患者为研究对象,随机均分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均以辛香吸入止痛剂止痛,在此基础上,观察组进行护理干预。对两组患者的疼痛程度、止痛治疗依从性和生活质量进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果观察组与对照组相比较,无痛和轻度疼痛的患者明显增多,重度疼痛和极度疼痛的患者明显减少,其总体疼痛显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的服药依从性明显高于对照组,两组的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量与对照组相比,无干扰和轻度干扰明显提高,中度和重度干扰明显下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够明显降低癌性疼痛患者的疼痛程度,提高患者对辛香吸入止痛剂止痛治疗的依从性,改善癌症疼痛病人的生活质量,可为辛香吸入止痛剂在临床上的广泛应用奠定基础。
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on spicy inhalation analgesics in the treatment of cancer pain in order to provide clinical evidence to improve the quality of life and the chance of survival for cancer pain patients. Methods 178 patients diagnosed with cancer in our hospital from April 2009 to September 2012 who suffered from clear pain were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Both groups were given spicy inhalation analgesics, on the basis of which the observation group was given additional nursing intervention. The degree of pain, pain treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups of patients were investigated and analyzed statistically. Results Compared to the control group, the observation group had significantly increased number of patients with no pain and mild pain, significantly decreased number of patients with severe pain and extreme pain, and significantly lower overall pain （P 〈 0.05）.The observation group had significantly higher medication compliance than the control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.Compared to the control group, the observation group had significantly increased non- interference and mild interference and significantly decreased moderate and severe interference, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the level of pain for patients with cancer pain, improve their treatment compliance with spicy inhalation analgesics, and improve the quality of life of patients with cancer pain,which lays the foundation for the wild clinical application of spicy inhalation analgesics.
