摘要
目的探讨社交技能训练对精神分裂症患者精神症状和生活质量的影响。方法将60例残留期精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(30例)和对照组(30例)。研究组按照社交技能训练小组活动方案进行训练,对照组按常规治疗方案,两组均于训练前及训练后第12周末采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和生活质量量表(WHOQOL-100)评定。结果在训练后第12周末,两组PANSS评分差异无显著性,WHOQOL-100评分除精神支柱领域差异无显著性外(P=0.293),其余各领域评分均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论在药物治疗的基础上,系统而规则的社交技能训练可改善残留期精神分裂症患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of social skills training on psychiatric symptoms and life quality of residual schizophrenia patients. Methods Sixty patients with residual schizophrenia were evenly divided into research and con- trol groups randomly. Systemic group social skills training was conducted on research group for 12 weeks. Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and The World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL-100) were used for evaluation at the base line and the end point of 12th week. Results At the end of 12th week, the scores of PANSS between the research group and the control group showed no significant difference. Among the WHOQOL-100 domain scores, all scores had significant difference between two groups (P 〈 0.01) except for the spirit domain score (P = 0.293). Conclusion On the basis of drug treatment, systemic social skills training can improve the quality of life of patients with residual schizophrenia.
