摘要 本文就单胺、单胺氧化酶(monoamine oxidase,MAO)与抑制药物的分类和作用进行阐述,并着重就MAO与疾病的关系,MAO-A和MAO-B抑制药物进行总结与讨论。 This paper expounded the classification and functions of monoamine, monoamine oxidase（MAO） and its inhibitors. It sum- marized and discussed on the relationship between MAO and diseases as well as researched on MAO-A inhibitors and MAO-B in-hibitors.
