核素显像对亚急性甲状腺炎和甲状腺功能亢进症的鉴别诊断价值 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨核素显像在亚急性甲状腺炎和甲状腺功能亢进症鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法对22例甲状腺功能亢进症及17例亚急性甲状腺炎患者行核素显像及甲状腺摄锝率测定。结果22例甲状腺功能亢进症患者核素显像发现甲状腺影像清晰，摄锝率升高，与血清FT3、FT4升高一致；17例亚急性甲状腺炎患者发现甲状腺显影不良，摄锝率降低，与血清FT3、FT4升高呈现“分离现象”。结论核素显像中的“分离现象”是诊断亚急性甲状腺炎的有效方法，对鉴别亚急性甲状腺炎与甲状腺功能亢进症有诊断价值。
