摘要
对带式输送机自移机尾工作过程进行了介绍。为了对其性能进行验证,在山西某煤矿进行了运行工业性试验,结果表明,相比于传统带式输送机自移式机尾,性能更可靠,具有更强的适应性和可操作性。另外,针对综掘工作面各种管线的吊挂及移动不便等问题,自行设计了新型电缆拖车。自移机尾应用至今,证明完全可满足大型综掘工作面的高效高产需要,具有较大的推广价值。
Self moving type tail of long distance heave belt conveyor working process was presented. In order to validated function of this self moving tail, industrial experiment was implemented in certain coal mine of Shanxi province, it showed that compared to traditional tail, this improved type tail was reliable, with better adaptability, better in operability. In addition, according to the present situation of all kinds of pipelines were inconvenient to moved, a new type of cable trailer was developed. The new type tail used from 2011 until now, was fully meet the requirement of high yield mechanized working face.
