摘要
基于6极无齿槽Halbach阵列电机模型,利用Ansoft有限元软件研究了气隙磁密波形随每极磁钢块数的变化,得出了气隙磁密波形最优时每极磁钢的块数。分析了每极磁钢块数较多时,气隙磁密波形正弦度、气隙磁密谐波和气隙磁密幅值的变化规律,得出了磁密幅值最大时的磁钢块数,并综合考虑磁密波形正弦度和磁密幅值大小时最佳的磁钢块数。
Based on the six poles slotless Halbach array machine model, the number of magnetic steels per pole under the optimum air-gap flux density waveform is known by analyzing the change of the waves with different numbers of each pole magnetic steels. Besides, with the number of magnet steels per pole increasing, the degree of sinusoid of air gap flux density waveform and the variation laws of air gap flux density harmonic and amplitude are also studied. The number of magnet steels per pole is respectively known under the maximum flux density amplitude and comprehensive consideration with the degree of sinusoid of air gap flux density waveform and amplitude magnitude.
