不同淹水处理对盆栽平邑甜茶生长及^(15)N-尿素分配、利用、损失的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以当年生盆栽平邑甜茶为试材,应用15 N同位素示踪技术研究长期不同淹水天数处理对植株生长及15 N-尿素分配、利用、损失的影响。结果表明:长期不同淹水天数处理,平邑甜茶地上部干重以对照最大(4.87g),各处理随淹水天数的增加而不断减小,但地下部干重和根冠比却随淹水天数的增加而不断增大。平邑甜茶根系活力随淹水天数的增加不断降低,而游离脯氨酸含量却逐渐升高。随处理次数的增加,根系SOD、POD活性呈先升高后降低的趋势。各处理植株的15 N分配率均表现为地上部大于地下部;但随淹水天数的增加植株地下部分配率逐渐升高。植株的15 N吸收量和利用率以对照最高,分别为16.81mg,9.14%,且随淹水天数增加逐渐降低,处理间差异显著。土壤的15 N损失率随淹水天数的增加而逐渐升高。 The effects on growth, utilization, distribution and loss of 1SN-urea in Malus hupehensis Rehd. under different flooding days were carried out. The results indicated that the contrast had the heaviest production of the dry biomass of the overground part, which was 4.87 g. It was continuously reducing with the increase of flooding days among different treatment, while the dry biomass of the underground part and the root to shoot ratio was increasing. The root activity was continuously reducing with the increase of flooding days, but the free proline content was increasing. The root had high SOD, POD activities at first, but then decreasing with the reprocessing. 15N distribution rate of the overground part among different treatments was higher than that of the underground part, which would be increasing with the increase of flooding days. The nitrogen use efficiency and the absorption of the contrast were the highest, as 9.14% and 16.81 mg respectively, and both significantly reduced with the increase of flooding days. 15N loss rate of soil increased with the increase of flooding days.
