摘要
为提高医院窗口的服务质量和服务效率,本文剖析本院现行门诊工作流程中存在的问题,结合医院实际情况,提出改进门诊工作流程的具体措施,实现"以病人为中心"的医疗服务的新理念。
In order to improve the medical service quality and efficiency of the outpatient department, we analysed the problems of work flow. And combining with the actual situation of the hospital, the measures were proposed to improve the clinic work flow and realize the patient- oriented servie idea.
