摘要经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)可为老年危重患者提供长期的静脉输液治疗,同时可以保护静脉和减轻患者痛苦。要充分考虑老年患者的特点,在置管过程中密切观察患者的生命体征及对PICC的适应性,做好置管后的维护和并发症的预防及处理。
