摘要
目的探讨使用无创呼吸机治疗过程中对患者的评估以及具体护理措施。方法随机选取2011年1月至2012年4月在我院各科接受治疗并住院观察的患者加以无创呼吸机辅助治疗52例,对其进行护理评估,并依据评估结果采取相应的护理措施。结果使用无创呼吸机的52例患者中有44例治疗有效,8例无效,其中1例因抢救无效死亡,治疗有效率为84.61%。结论对使用无创呼吸机患者进行评估及护理,有效促使患者以积极的心态配合治疗,提高患者的依从性,最大程度上增加患者的舒适度,同时还可减少并发症的发生率,在临床治疗中取得较为满意的疗效。
Objective To investigate the use ofnoninvasive ventilation treatment for patients in the process of evaluation as well as specific nursing measures. Methods A randomly selected 2011 January to 2012 April in our hospital subjects receive treatment and hospitalization of patients to be noninvasive ventilator therapy in 52 patients, the nursing assessment, and according to the assessment results and take corresponding nursing measures. Results The use of noninvasive ventilation in 52 patients with 44 cases of effective treatment, and ineffective in 8 cases, 1 cases died due to the rescue, cure rate of 84.61%. Conclusion The use of noninvasive ventilator patients were assessed and nursing, promote the patients with a positive attitude with the treatment, improve patient compliance, the maximum extent to increase patient comfort, but also can reduce the incidence of complications, in the clinical treatment to obtain a more satisfactory curative effect.
