摘要
本文运用Pastran/Nastran软件,建立了一双横臂式扭杆悬架的焊接总成的有限元法计算模型,与试验比较并验证后,利用前悬架多刚体动力学分析的结果,对几种典型工况进行了分析和计算,得到了焊接总成的应力分布规律,归纳了焊接总成的强度控制工况,并提出了改进设计方案。
This article studies the beam axle of an independent suspension system with double transverse rock arms and torsion bars with FEA method in Pastran/Nastran environment. After verification by the experiment, the model is employed for stress analysis for some typical load case with the results calculated in ADAMS and the stress distribution pattern of the beam axle is thus given out. Finally the strength control load case and the improved designs are determined.
