摘要
与以往的员工相比,"80后"知识型员工流动意愿强,员工忠诚度低。影响"80后"知识型员工忠诚度的关键因素有领导因素、组织因素、心理因素、外部环境因素等。通过真实工作预览、建设学习型组织、扁平式组织结构、全面薪酬战略等方式,有助于提高"80后"知识型员工的忠诚度。
Abstruct:Compared with the previous staff,Knowledge Worker after 80s has stronger flow intend and lower loyalty.The key factors to influence their loyalty include:leadership factors,organizational factors,psychological factors,and external environmental factors.Realistic job preview,learning organization,flat organization structure,and comprehensive compensation Strategy will help to improve Loyalty of Knowledge Worker after 80s.
