摘要
本实验通过选取不同的消毒试剂,比较研究不同方法对蓝莓外植体消毒效果的影响.实验选取70%酒精,2%NaClO,0.1%HgCl2为外植体消毒试剂,组合搭配13种消毒方法,以外植体培养过程中的污染率、成活率和死亡率为衡量标准,以生物统计学方法为数据处理工具,结果表明,外植体采用70%酒精浸泡30 s,2%NaClO浸泡10 min,0.1%HgCl2浸泡10 min后,污染率最低,成活率最高.
The experiment purpose is through the selection of different disinfection reagents, comparative study of different methods of sanitizing effect of Blueberry explants. Experiments selected 70% alcohol, 2% NaCIO, 0. 1% HgC12 for explant disinfection reagents, combined with 13 kinds of method of disinfection, outside the explant culture contamination rate in the process, survival rate and mortality as a measure of disinfection effect, bio- statistical methods for data processing tools, the results showed that the lowest contamination rate, the highest survival rate explants with 70% alcohol for 30 s, soaked in 2% NaCIO for 10 min, 0. 1% HgCI2 soaked for 10 min.
