摘要
针对自然灾害以及公路网的特性,在集合覆盖模型的基础上,结合启发式遗传算法,以降低自然灾害给人们带来的生命以及财产的损失为目的,提出了一种新的应急救援点布设优化模型,以杭州公路网应急救援点布设为实例研究对象,给出了模型构建、参数确定方法,特别在确定灾害区段的权值、救援点与灾害区段间路径权值参数等方面,采用了较为合理的定量方法,并应用MATLAB仿真软件进行求解,验证了该模型的可行性与实用性.
According to natural disasters and the characteristics of road network,based on the set covering model,and combined with the heuristic embedded genetic algorithm,a new optimization model is proposed to reduce the loss of life and property caused by natural disasters.Finally,this paper takes the emergency rescue of Hangzhou highway network layout as the research case to give a detailed method of modeling and parameter determination,it highlight the more reasonable and quantitative methods especially in determining the disaster segment weights and the path weights between rescue site and disasters,and apply MATLAB software to solve this model and verify the feasibility and practicality of the model.
