摘要
针对普洱茶发酵人工翻堆劳动强度大,生产效率低,清洁卫生不规范等问题,对普洱茶发酵人工翻堆各环节进行分析研究,对各动作采用机械模拟方式进行创新设计,该机主要由翻堆装置、输送装置和解块装置等共同组成,通过各部分有机配合,达到操作方便,实现翻堆、输送、解块等工艺一次完成。为创新规范普洱茶加工工艺,有效监控普洱茶渥堆发酵品质,以及综合效益的提高提供技术支持。
Due to the disadvantages of artificial fermentation including the labor intensity,low productivity, non-standard hygiene and other issues, this paper analyzed the links of artificial pile-fermentation, and designed the move-turning machine for pu-erh tea fermentation according to mechanical simulation way. The machine was mainly composed of the turning device, conveying device and dispersing device. It could easy to achieve pu-erh pile-fermentation, transporting and dispersing at once through the cooperation of each part of machine. The design of move-turning machine for pu-erh tea fermentation provided technical support for standardizing pu-erh tea process technology, controlling effectively fermentation quality of pu-erh tea and improving comprehensive benefit.
