摘要
通过对近几年荧光化学传感器在离子、分子的检测和识别、生物活性物质检测和细胞成像、近红外荧光分析和时间分辨检测、荧光化学传感器与磁共振成像以及纳米材料的结合等方面研究成果的归纳,分析和总结此类有机/稀土配合物荧光传感器的原理和制备方法,了解荧光传感器研究的前沿领域,为荧光化学传感器设计和应用提供新的思路.
A discussion was conducted on the principles behind these kinds of organic/lanthanide fluorescence sensors that have potential applications in the detection of ions and neutral molecules,biological imaging, near-infrared and time-resolved fluorescence analysis.This can be a major breakthrough when combined with magnetic resonance imaging and nanotechnology.It is not meant to be a comprehensive review of the field but rather to give some flavour of this fast growing area of research and offer new ideas for the design and application of fluorescent chemosensors.
