摘要
为弄清贵州施秉太子参种植基地产太子参的重金属及有机氯农药残留状况,正确评价贵州施秉太子参的质量,采用高压消解罐消解法制备分析试液,石墨炉-原子吸收光谱法和氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定重金属含量,气相色谱法测定有机氯农药残留量,研究了贵州施秉太子参种植基地产太子参的重金属含量及有机氯农药残留量。结果表明:贵州施秉太子参中重金属含量及有机氯农药残留量均符合国家限量标准,建立的测定方法快速、准确、灵敏。
To explore the residues of heavy metals and organochlorine pesticides in the Shibing planting base of P.heterophylla in Guizhou,evaluate the quality of P.heterophylla in Shibing planting base,samples were digested in the high pressure digestion tank.The content of heavy metals was determined by using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(for Pb,Cd and Cu) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry(for As and Hg),and the concentrations of organochlorine pesticides were determined by capillary gas chromatography.The results showed that the methods developed were rapid,reliable and sensitive.The contents of heavy metals and the residuals of organochborine pesticides in the Shibing planting base were lower than the limit of the national standard.
