摘要
随着我国经济的发展与交通运输的繁荣,原有部分双向四车道高速公路已经不能满足现阶段国民经济的运输需求,需要对原有道路进行改扩建和旧路处治。佛开高速便是由四车道高速公路改扩建成为双向八车道高速公路,其中既有新建的路面工程又有对旧路的处治维护。旧路处治便是对旧路面层的铣刨处理后重新铺筑,旧路处治将产生大量的铣刨旧料,如不能有效处理原有旧路的铣刨料,将带来很大的资源浪费与环境污染。如何环保高效且低能耗的利用旧路铣刨料成为公路维修与处置的新课题,泡沫沥青再生技术充分研究了铣刨废料的材料特性,使之能够被重新用于新建路面的修筑。
With the prosperity of China's economic development and transportation, the original two-way four-lane highway is unable to meet the transportation need of the national economy at this stage, reconstruction and treatment is needed to the original highway. Fokai Highway Project is to renovate and expand the four-lane into two-way eight-lane expressway, including the new pavement and the old road maintenance treatment, the repaving work after surface milling. The large amount of milling material generated from the milling would, if not effectively dealt with, would bring great waste of resources and environmental pollution. Thus, how to utilize the old road milling material environment-friendly and efficiently has become a new topic in this field.
