摘要
室内对六斑月瓢虫成虫捕食橄榄星室木虱进行了观察,结果显示:六斑月瓢虫成虫捕食量与橄榄星室木虱虫口密度的关系可以用HollingⅡ型方程表达,其捕食量是随着猎物密度的增大而增大,而随自身密度的增加而减少,寻找效应随着猎物密度的增大而下降,最大捕食量为448头。六斑月瓢虫捕食星室木虱时有较强的种内干扰反应,随着其自身密度的增大,平均捕食量逐渐减少,捕食率也相应地降低,干扰系数m达到1.3236;随着捕食者和猎物密度均增加,平均捕食量和捕食率下降,干扰系数达到2.12025。林间散放六斑月瓢虫成虫和幼虫后,橄榄星室木虱虫口密度分别降为6.98头/嫩叶和3.26头/嫩叶,控制效果分别高达78.97%和90.62%。
The predation of the lady beetle,Menochlus sexmaculatus Fab.adults to the psylla,Pseudophacopteron canarium Yang et Li was researched in the laboratory.The results show that the functional response of the lady beetle predating on the psylla could fitted the model of Holling Ⅱ type well,the more of prey density was,the larger of predation numbers was and the predation numbers decreased with the increase of the adults,and according to the model,the seeking behaviors of the adults reduced as the rise of prey density,the largest predation number was 448.The intraspecific interference reaction was found in the experiment,the average predation number and predation rate of M.sexmaculata decreased with the increase of its density,the disturbing coefficient was 1.3236.and with the increasing of the density of the enemy and the pest,the average predation number and predation ratio of M.sexmaculata decreased,the disturbing coefficient went up to 2.12025.After releasing M.sexmaculatus adults or old larvae in the Chinese olive,Canarium album plantations,the population density of P.canarium reduced to 6.98 and 3.26 per tender leaf,the interference control indexes were 0.2103 and 0.0938,compared with the control,and control effects were 78.97% and 90.62%,respectively.
