摘要 白细胞介素12(IL-12)因具有免疫调节活性,目前主要用于抗肿瘤的辅助治疗。近年来研究发现,小剂量IL-12能够通过刺激骨髓造血、保护造血微环境而发挥辐射防护作用。本文简要综述了IL-12的生物学活性及其辐射防护作用的研究进展。 Interleukin-12(IL-12) is mainly used for the adjuvant treatment of tumor because of its immunomodulatory activity.In recent years,studies have shown that low doses of IL-12 can play a protective effect against radiation damage by stimulating hematopoiesis and protecting hematopoietic microenvironment.This paper briefly reviews research advances on the biological activity and radioprotective effect of IL-12.
