血清转化生长因子β1水平与原发性高血压血管弹性关系的研究 被引量:1

CORRELATION BETWEEN SERUM TGF-β1 AND AORTIC ELASTIC PROPERTY IN PATIENTS WITH ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION

摘要 目的探讨原发性高血压病(essential hypertension,EH)患者血清中转化生长因子β1(transforminggrowth factor beta 1,TGF-β1)水平与动脉血管弹性之间的关系。方法采用超声法检测EH患者腹主动脉(abdominalaorta)和升主动脉(ascending aorta)的血管内径(diameter,Di),评估动脉扩张性(disteonsibility)和僵硬度指数(stiffness index),并采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定法检测患者TGF-β1水平,将统计结果与健康人进行对照分析。结果与健康人比较,EH组大动脉僵硬度指数明显增加,动脉扩张性和△d(收缩期与舒张期内径之差)显著减弱,TGF-β1水平显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但相关性分析表明EH患者血清TGF-β1水平与血压无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 EH患者血管弹性功能与TGF-β1水平有关,TGF-β1可独立于血压水平反映EH患者血管弹性功能的变化。 Objective To study the association of serum transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-β1) and aortic elastic property in essential hypertension (EH). Methods Doppler ultrasonic angiography was used to detect the diameter of abdominal aorta and ascending aorta, and evaluate distonsibility and stiffness index. ELISA was used to detect serum TGF-β1 in 136 patients with EH and 56 normal subjects. Results The level of TGF-β1 and stiffness index in EH group were obviously higher than those in normal subjects (P 〈 0.01 ). But distonsibility and △d ( the difference between the systolic and diastolic diameter) were lower. There was no correlation between the level of TGF-β1 and blood pressure. Conclusion The aortic elastic property is associated with serum TGF-β1, which reflects the change of aortic elasticity independent of blood pressure in EH.
