摘要
本文建立了白酒中甲醇含量的毛细管气相色谱测定方法。该法采用SPL进样口,大口径毛细管色谱柱AC20(强极性,30m×0.53 mm×1μm),氢火焰检测器进行检测。进样口温度:220℃,分流比5:1,载气流速:8mL/min,柱室温度:35℃保持4min,以4℃/min升至200℃,保持10min。检测器温度:220℃,尾吹气流量30 mL/min,氢气流量40 mL/min,空气流量400 mL/min。方法简单、快速、重现性好,平均回收率大于80%,RSD小于3.0%,线性范围为0.02g/100mL-0.4g/100mL。
A method was established for the determination of Methanol in Chinese Spirits by Wide Bore Capillary GC. The separation was achieved by using SPL injection port, Capillary GC column AC20(high polarity,30m ×0.53 mm×1μm), and FID detector. Injection port temperature: 220℃, split ratio:5:1, flow of carrier gas:8mL/min, column oven temperature: 35℃ for 4 rain, followed hy 4℃/min up to 200℃, for 10 minutes, detector temperature: 220℃. The method is accurate, rapid and convenient. The results indicated that the recovery is more than 80% , RSD is less than 3.0% and the working curve of methanol is in the linear range 0.02g/100mL-0.4g/100mL.
