摘要
进入21世纪以来,我国的经济得到了迅速的发展,在发展经济的同时更应当注重文化素质的培养,而图书馆为提高广大人们群众的整体素质提供了平台和媒介。在提倡和谐以及可持续发展的今天,建设可持续发展的图书馆已经成为社会的焦点。文章从以人为本,改变管理现状及对策、服务理念转变与服务创新、提高馆员素质增强主人翁责任感三方面进行阐述。如何创造和谐公共图书馆是一个比较大的课题,文章作者就此问题愿与图书馆同仁共同探讨。
Since the turn of the century, China＇s economy has got rapid development. While developing economy, we should pay more attention to the cultivation of cultural qualities, and libraries provide the platform and media to improve the overall quality of the people. Today, we advocate harmonious and sustainable development,and the construction of sustainable libraries has become the focus of the society. This article deals with this idea from three aspects： to change the management status and countermeasures according to people- oriented principle, to change the service concept and promote service innovation and improve the quality of librarians and enhance their sense of responsibility as masters. How to create harmonious public libraries is a big topic, the author would like to discuss it with library staff.
