摘要
医患关系紧张是当前医疗服务中十分突出的问题,医患沟通不畅是引起医患关系矛盾的主要因素。本文分析了医患间存在的问题,提出了改进措施:必须加强服务意识,提高沟通能力和技巧,增进医患间的相互信任、理解。通过换位思考,建立良好医患关系。和谐的医患关系是提高医疗质量,减少医疗纠纷的重要保障。
It is a very prominent problem that the doctor-patient relationship is nervous in current medical services, and the doctors and patients' bad communication is the main factor which causes the contradiction of doctor-patient relationship. This paper analyzes the existing problems between the patients and doctors, and puts forward the improvement measures: We must strengthen service consciousness, improve communication skills, and enhance mutual trust and understanding between patients and doctors. Through the perspective-taking, we can establish good doctor-patient relationship. Harmonious doctor-patient relationship is the safeguard to improve the medical quality and reduce medical disnutes.
