摘要
大学生就业难不仅是高等教育面临的问题,也是全社会普遍关注的民生焦点。就业市场结构性矛盾的根本原因是大学生所具备的综合素质与工作岗位之间不能够适配。从大学生本身来看,创新能力、实践能力、综合素质不能适应工作的需要,是未来亟待突破的困境。创新是时代竞争的焦点,大学生创新素质发展存在着各种障碍要素,并相互作用,如何客观认识这些创新障碍因素,并针对性破解,需要教育者不断思考。
The low graduate employment is really the focus to the higher education system and the whole society. The main reason of the structural contradictions in graduate employment must be the mismatch between the jobs and the qualities of graduates. As to the college students, the most urgent thing in this field is the mismatch between the jobs and their innovation quality, practical ability and comprehensive quality. The focus of era competition is innovation, and there are so many barriers of innovation in the development of graduates. We should try to do more research on these barriers and make some breakthroughs.
