反馈式健康教育在产科临床护理路径中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的:分析采用反馈式健康教育在产科临床护理路径中的应用以及对产妇的护理效果。方法:选择2010年1月-2011年1月本院妇产科就诊的初产妇282例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理措施并采用传统健康教育方式,观察组早期采用系统的护理干预并采用反馈式健康教育,对两组产妇的产后排尿及出血情况、新生儿护理及母乳喂养情况观察、产妇满意度及出院知识掌握进行分析。结果:观察组采用临床路径及反馈式健康教育后4h内及4h后排尿例数与对照组比较差异统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组较对照组出血例数有显著性减少(P<0.01),观察组母乳喂养情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察对对护理工作评价显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组知识掌握1例为差,对照组12例掌握不佳,显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:采用反馈式健康教育及临床护理路径可有效促进产后排尿功能恢复并减少出血,并有助于加强产妇对新生儿护理及母乳喂养掌握。
