摘要
通过电子衍射的方法研究了Ti3Al基合金中ω相的形成规律及形成过程。在快速凝固态、热压态以及淬火态的Ti3Al基合金中均未见到ω相 ,而在淬火后 4 0 0~ 60 0℃回火时则可清楚地看到ω相的存在 ,并且在此温度范围内随着回火温度的升高 ,ω相的析出越彻底 ,结构越完善。
The formation processing of ω phase in Ti 3Al based alloy has been studied by electron diffraction in the paper.The ω phase is not found in rapidly solidified Ti 3Al based alloy and after hot pressed and quenched.But it can been seen clearly in the alloy aged at 300~600℃.And as aging temperature increases in the region,more ω phases separate out and the structure of the phase is more perfect.
