摘要 为了探讨果葡糖浆饲喂蜜蜂的安全性,以意大利蜜蜂(Apis mellifera ligustica)为实验材料,蔗糖作为对照,饲喂果葡糖浆2个月后,检测意大利蜜蜂体内解毒酶的变化情况。结果表明:饲喂果葡糖浆后,意大利蜜蜂大幼虫体内细胞色素P450比活力、成年工蜂腹部谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶和羧酸酯酶比活力均与对照无显著差异。短期饲喂果葡糖浆对蜜蜂是安全的,长期影响还有待于继续研究。 The activities of Cytochrome-P450,glutathione S-transferase and carboxylesterase in the worker bees of Apis mellifera ligustica were investigated after the bees were fed orally with high fructose syrup in two consecutive months.The results showed that compared with sucrose diet,high fructose syrup diet did not significantly affect the activities of three detoxifying enzymes.Feeding with high fructose syrups is safe to Apis mellifera ligustica in short time and long-time effects need further research.The results can be used to assess the security of high fructose syrups used as bee feed.
