摘要
通过对混凝土搅拌筒的几何结构进行了理论分析,建立了完整的数学计算模型,通过MATLAB强大的积分计算功能,分别得出了混凝土搅拌筒搅动力矩、驱动功率、有效容积、搅拌筒重心坐标,大大减少了技术人员的计算量,提高了计算速度与精度。
In this paper a mathematical model is established by theoretical analyses of concrete mixing geometry. Through the powerful calculation function of Matlab integral, concrete mixing drum stirring torque, driving power, dischargeable capacity and the mixing drum of barycentric coordinates are worked out, which reduces the complex computation and improves the computational accuracy and speed.
