水产品中孔雀石绿·结晶紫及其代谢物残留快速检测试纸条的研制 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究开发用于现场检测水产品中孔雀石绿、结晶紫及其代谢物残留的快速检测试纸条。[方法]采用胶体金免疫层析技术,通过利用不同的样品垫及反应模式进行试验,研制出适合于现场检测水产品中孔雀石绿、结晶紫及其代谢物残留的快速检测试纸条。[结果]该试纸条对孔雀石绿、隐性孔雀石绿、结晶紫、隐性结晶紫的检测限均为2μg/L,检测所需时间约10 min。[结论]该试纸条操作简便、快速、检测灵敏度高,试验结果一目了然,可作为孔雀石绿、结晶紫及其代谢物在水产品中残留检测的有效筛查手段。 [Objective] A rapid test strip for field test of malachite green(MG),crystal violet(CV) and their metabolites residue in aquatic product was established.[Method] Based on colloidal gold immnochromatographic assay,the sample pads were treated with different reactive mode,then the treated pads were used in the experiment to develop rapid field test strip of malachite green,crystal violet and their metabolites.[Result] The detection limits for MG,leucomalachite green(LMG),CV and leucocrystal violet(LCV) were both 2 μg/L,and the testing time for one sample was about 10 min.[Conclusion] As a rapid,convenient and sensitive detection method,the experimental results can be fully understood at a glance,so it can be taken as an effective screening tool for detecting malachite green,crystal violet and their metabolites residue in aquatic product.
