普瑞巴林治疗脑卒中后中枢性疼痛的疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨普瑞巴林对脑卒中后可枢性疼痛(CPSP)的疗效。方法:70例CPSP患者随机分为普瑞巴林组和卡马西平组各35例,分别给予普瑞巴林和卡马西平治疗,4周后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价两组疗效及不良反应。结果:普瑞巴林组与卡马西平组治疗后VAS评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05或0.01),且普瑞巴林组治疗后VAS评分低于卡马西平组(P<0.05),普瑞巴林组不良反应发生率低于卡马西平组(P<0.05)。结论:普瑞巴林治疗脑卒中后中枢性疼痛疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
