SNP基因分型检测技术及应用进展 被引量:11

摘要 单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)是人类最普遍的遗传变异形式之一,指在基因组水平上由单个核苷酸变异所引起的DNA序列多态性。SNP即指在种群中发生在给定的遗传区域内且频率最小为1%的核苷酸变异。SNP广泛存在于人类基因组中,平均每500到1000个碱基对中就有1个,目前发现其总数已达3700万。随着人类后基因组时代的开始,
