摘要
目的了解柳州市学校结核病发病和治疗情况,分析柳州市在校学生结核病流行状况,为今后学校结核病控制规划提供依据。方法对柳州市2007-2011年在校大中小学生肺结核病病例资料进行描述性分析,研究柳州市5年来学生结核病的发病和治疗转归情况。结果柳州市2007-2011年学生肺结核共发病520例,占全市肺结核发病数的3.19%,学生活动性肺结核和涂阳肺结核发病率分别为2.82/10万和0.80/10万。市区学生肺结核发病率最高,为6.09/10万,其次是国家级贫困县的三江县和融水县,分别为2.74/10万和1.96/10万。在校学生肺结核病例主要集中在高中生和大学生,分别占46.15%、26.54%,男女性别比为1.60∶1;学生涂阳病例治愈率达到92.52%。结论卫生和教育部门要继续强化沟通和协作,联合做好学校结核病宣传、监测和治疗工作,重点加强高中生、大学生以及贫困县学校的结核病防治,将学校结核病防控对策和措施落到实处,进一步减少学生结核病的传播。
Objective To understand the pathogenesis and treatment status of tuberculosis (TB) among students in school of Liuzhou City, and analyze the epidemic state of TB among students in schools, so as to provide scientific evidence for TB control and prevention. Methods Data of TB cases of students in school from 2007 to 2011 were analyzed with descriptive epidemiology to study the pathogenesis, treatment outcome of TB during the 5 years among students. Results A total of 520 TB cases of students in school were reported from 2007 to 2011, accounting for 3.19%. The incidence of active TB and smear -positive was 2. 82/100 000 and O. 80/ 100 000, respectively. The incidence of urban students was the highest, which accounted for 6.09/100 000. The follows were Sanjiang and Rongshui, which were the state -level poverty -stricken counties, with the in- cidence as 2. 74/100 000 and 1.96/100 000, respectively. The majority of TB cases among students in school were senior high school and college students, which accounted for 46. 15% and 26.54% respectively, and the sex ratio was 1.60: 1. The cure rate of smear - positive TB cases of students in school was 92.52%. Conclu- sions The department of health and education should continue to intensify communication and cooperation, and jointly perform the propaganda, surveillance and treatment of TB, with the emphasis on the control and prevention for senior school and college students, so as to control the spread of TB among students in school.
