加味补阳还五汤对糖尿病大鼠视网膜血流动力学的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨加味补阳还五汤对糖尿病大鼠视网膜血流动力学的影响。方法:健康清洁级雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、糖尿病组和加味补阳还五汤组。糖尿病组和加味补阳还五汤组大鼠腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)造模。造模后检测大鼠血液流变学参数,采用多普勒超声检测大鼠视网膜中央动脉(CRA)和视网膜中央静脉(CRV)的血流动力学参数。结果:与糖尿病组比较,加味补阳还五汤组大鼠CRA和CRV的峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张期末流速(EDV)和平均血流速度(MV)升高,阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)降低,全血低切黏度、血浆黏度和卡松黏度降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:加味补阳还五汤可降低糖尿病大鼠血液黏度,增加视网膜血供。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction(JWBYHWD)on retinal hemodynamics of diabetic rats.Methods:Healthy and clean male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group,diabetes group,and JWBYHWD group.Diabetes model rats were established by intraperitoneal injecting streptozotocin(STZ).Rats′ hemorheological parameters were detected and hemodynamics parameters of rats′ central retinal artery(CRA)and central retinal vein(CRV)were measured with color Doppler ultrasonoscope.Results:Compared with model group,peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV)and mean velocity(MV) of CRA and CRV in JWBYHWD group were increased,resistant index(RI)and pulsatility index(PI) of CRA and CRV,low-shear viscosity of whole blood,the plasma viscosity and Casson viscosity were decreased in JWBYHWD group(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion:JWBYHWD can reduce blood viscosity of diabetic rats,increase retinal blood supply.
