寒溪水河道底泥疏浚固结一体化技术

摘要 疏浚固结一体化法是由同济大学开发的一套完整的河道底泥清淤-脱水工艺,通过移动式脱水站与疏浚接驳管直接相连,可以在一套脱水站中完成底泥输送与干泥输出。采用疏浚固结一体化法疏浚处理东莞市寒溪水某段河道底泥,工程量约为水下方1万m3。运行半年间,该工艺稳定可靠,环境友好,处理后河道底泥含水率<40%,可直接填埋或作为工程用土,节约了运输和管理费用,具有良好的实际效果。 Integrated technology for sediment dredging and consolidation was developed by Tongji university, which transports sediment and outputs dried mud in a set of mobile dehydration station. The integrated technology was applied on polluted sediment of Hanxishui river in Dongguan city. The amount of sediment was about 10 000 m3, which was calculated as underwater part. The project had operated for half years, dredging and consolidation process was proved stable, reliable and environment friendly. The water content of solidified output was less than 40 %, which can be send to landfill site directly or used as covering soil. Transportation and management cost can be saved. The technology had great effect on sediment treatment.
