摘要
人才培养是高校的根本任务,而人才培养主要通过学务管理工作实现。学务管理工作是高校教学管理工作落实到以学生管理为中心的具体化行为。分析了高校学务管理工作的特点和实行人性化管理的必要性,结合东南大学多年来学务管理工作的实践和探索,阐述了"以学生为本"理念在学务管理工作中实施的有效途径,旨在进一步提升高校学务管理工作水平。
Talent training is the fundamental task of colleges and universities, which is realized through teaching management. Academic learning management is the concrete embodiment of the ＂student-centered＂ concept in the teaching management. Combined with year＇s practice and exploration into the academic learning management in Southeast University, this paper an- alyzes the characteristics of college students＇ academic learning management and the necessity of the implementation of humanistic management and elaborates the effective route of ＂student- centered＂ concept to the college students＇ academic learning management in order to enhance the level of its management.
