摘要
本课题运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法,对廊坊市5所高校副高级别的职称人群进行调研,主要调查这部分群体的体育生活方式与心理健康及相关问题。为廊坊市高校乃至其他高校该群体形成健康的体育生活方式,同时提高其生活质量来提供有益的依据。
This study investigated the sports lifestyle and the psychological health of the advanced title group in five universities in Langfang. I t was based on the literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, and mathematical statistics. The results would provide refer- ences to improve their life quality.
