摘要
以带夹套平板封头为研究对象,建立了全实体结构、体-壳连接结构以及全壳结构的有限元模型,通过弹塑性有限元分析,得到了结构的应力和变形,并对不同建模方法的结果进行了比较,发现体-壳连接模型具有计算精度高、时间短的优点。应用分析设计方法并基于最优化理论对封头面板厚度进行优化设计,给出了最佳面板厚度。该研究对此类带夹套平板封头强度的设计具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the elastic-plastic finite element analysis,the finite element model of the flat-plate head with jacket was created,including solid elements structure,solid-shell coupling elements structure and shell elements structure.Then the stress and deformation of the structures were obtained from the models and the results of different modeling methods were compared.It was found that the solid-shell connected model has the advantages of high calculation accuracy and short calculation time.Finally,based on the optimization theory,an optimization model of the flat-plate thickness was developed for obtaining the minimal costs.It would be helpful to the scientific design of the flat-plate head with jacket.
