摘要
通过采用文献资料综述和逻辑分析法,分析了中小学田径教学存在的主要问题,并从分析快乐教育的本质出发,探索了如何将快乐体育思想运用到田径课教学之中,以此改变田径课单调乏味的状况,使该课程更具有吸引力,学生能在轻松愉快的环境中提高田径水平,学习田径文化,领会"乐中学,学中乐"的思想,从而激发学生参与体育课的自主性和积极性。
